Wendell's and my relationship with the Rose Advisory Team began eleven years ago when we moved to Alberta from Toronto. Wendell had taken a lump sum settlement from IBM when he retired, so we needed sound investing advice to ensure our future security. We found that and so much more with John and his team. It has been an amazing journey for our family. At first, we were with John and Richard and then Matthew came on board. Wendell had always been very hands on with our investments and while he and John, or one of the team, discussed our portfolio regularly, I cannot remember his ever second guessing the team's advice or losing a minute's sleep over any of the decisions that were agreed upon. While we watched our investments grow; our respect for, confidence in, and friendship with the team flourished as well.
